Z4 series DC motors are our newly products, which are widely used as the driving source for various kinds of machineries. Such as, the metallurgical industry mechanical transmission, metal-cutting machine, paper making, printing, textile, dyeing, cement-making, plastic extruding machine, etc.
The overall dimensions of Z4 series motors conform to IEC72 international standard, with the exception of axial distance between the mounting holes (dimension B).
The performance and technical requirements of motors can be assessed in accordance with IEC34-1 Standard of the International Electric Technical Commission, or DIN 57530 Norm of the Deutsche Industries-norm.
Z4 series adopt multi-angled structures with high use rate of space. The lamination type of Stator magnetic yoke is used to supply electricity for rectifier, and bear the sharp changes (load changes) of current and ripple current, sound reversing due to the precise positioning of magnetic setup.
The motors are class F insulated with reliable insulating construction and impregnation process, which ensures it with stable insulating performance and excellent heat emission.
The motors feature small size, outstanding performance, large power output and high reliability. It is able to match with the current international advanced level motors.
The motors can be lastingly run with the adoption of three phase bridge rectifying power and inner use of smoothing reactor. The motor with 160V rated capacity is powered by one phase bridge type, with the connection of smoothing reactor to restrain ripple current.
