General description
The four-rod decrater is packaging equipment which can decrate four or five cases continuously one time. In beverage industry, the decrater mainly finishes the decrating work for recycled bottles. Due to its excellent function, it is used widely in packaging industry.
The four-rod decrater is composed of operation system, bottle conveyor system, case conveyor system, automatic control centrum and head electric cabinet. It integrates mechanical device, pneumatic device, photoelectric inspection device, frequency control device, PLC and man-machine interface, simplifying complicated mechanical structure greatly, symbolizing automatic control technology of modern equipment and ensuring exact working movement.
Main features
Reliable working and stable running: Gripping and discharging bottles are done by filling air and discharging for gripping hand. By rod mechanism, bottles are lifted, moved, landed and combined with pneumatic and electric control to realize automization, with advantages of harmonious action and stable and exact running.
Convenient and easy operation: This machine adopts frequency and PLC control. Combining man-machine interface, the operation is easy and the automization is high. In design of electric control part, the electric system output control analyzes decrater's working process and control features. The control to decrater is done by switch signal input and output devices as photoelectric switch, proximity switch, solenoid valve and motor.
High efficiency: In the working course, decrating movement is driven by motor controled by frequency. The start and stop are all slow and stable. The running speed adopts frequency to do stepless speed adjustment. Therefore, the production efficiency is high.
