Product Description

I. Product Descriptin
C-series antifoaming agent for papermaking deaeration was specially designed for antifoaming white water in the dipping process of papermaking industry. It boasts strong foam suppression of white water, capable of quickly getting rid of small air bubbles mixed between fibres, eliminating big bubbles on water surface and their impact on the process, as well as avoiding formation of holes and reducing cut paper. This product is also able to eliminate and suppress foams in resin compounds and macromolecular compounds for application in polyvinyl alcohol solution, cinepazid and pure acrylic emulsion, and rosin sizing agent and other auxiliary.

III. Applications
1. Antifoaming white water in the dipping process of papermaking industry;
2. Antifoaming in the production process of rosin sizing agent.
3. Antifoaming and foam inhibition in the production and application processes of emulsion paint and latex, such as polyvinyl alcohol solution, cinepazid and pure acrylic emulsion;
4. Antifoaming where silicone defoamer is inapplicable.

V. Usage Methods
Inject this product into foam expansion system directly, or dilute it before its use. When pre-adding it in foaming system as foam destroyer, beware of its compatibility with the system.

VI. Packing
Pack the product in 50L, 200L plastic buckets or 1t tank.

VII. Storage
This product should be stored in cool and dry place at room temperature. Not allowed to place it in hot or cold environment for a long time.
