GH1015 Fe - Ni - Cr based high temperature alloy solid solution strengthening type deformation, temperature below 950 degrees Celsius. Chromium alloy to join, tungsten and molybdenum elements such as solid solution strengthening. Alloy has the high plasticity, the medium of lasting and creep strength, good resistance to cold and hot fatigue performance, and good machining and welding performance, and stability. The main products are cold rolled sheet, rod, wire, and forgings.
Application status and characteristics
Alloy has been applied in aircraft engine combustor and strength shell plate structure and other high temperature parts.
Alloy at 700 degrees to 900 degrees Celsius work have the certain age hardening phenomenon for a long time, in a room temperature plasticity. The alloy can be used as GH2039 GH3030 GH3044 and the generation of GH3536 alloy materials.
