Description
The DEPC-treated Water is deionized, diethylpyrocarbonate (DEPC) treated and 0.22 µ M membrane-filtered. DEPC-treated Water is deionized, high quality, molecular biology grade water. It is recommended to be used in any application where RNA is involved.
Applications
For use in all molecular biology experiments.
Quality Control
The absence of endodeoxyribonucleases, exodeoxyribonucleases, ribonucleases and phosphatases is confirmed by appropriate quality tests.
Tested in in vitro transcription.

The DEPC-treated Water is not recommended for PCR or in vivo experiments.
