Product Description
-1. Introduction
Catalyst FDW-3 is a shape-selective catalyst consisting of molecular sieves. It is mainly used in diesel dewaxing for reducing the freezing point of diesel to meet the standards of 10#, -20#, and -35# diesel.
-2. Catalytic activity
(1) Operation conditions: reaction pressure 4.0~7.0Mpa, temperature 340~360 Deg C, H2/oil volume ratio (420~700):1, LHSV 0.8~1.50 h-1.
(2) Feedstock: LCO, coker diesel, straight-run diesel or the mixture thereof.
(3) Product: 10#, -20#, and -35# quality diesel.
-3. Industrial Application
Applied in the hydrodewaxing unit with a capacity of 260kt/a at Daqing Petrochemical Company. The results are really good.
