Features
1. A smart metering device with special design for nation smart grid.;
2. Full digitalized anti-theft energy meter(combing with ADE7755, ADE7751, CS5460A measuring chip)
3. Has advantages of high accuracy, good linearity, wide range and long life, and can widely used in city, country or school and any enterprise.
Functions
1. Front board three fixed installation, the cover is made of PC material which is transparent and anti-UV molded overall, the bottom and the terminal of the meter are made of black glass fiber which can fire-retardant and enhanced PC material, and the IP rating up to IP56. It has following features: Good weather ability, anti-impact, good insulation performance, specious appearance, etc.
2. Standard configuration the bottom and the terminal of the meter are closed by the screw of the meter, may select the bottom and the terminal of the meter are closed by ultrasonic. (Please specified when ordering).
3. Standard configuration 5+1 digits display (99999.1kWh) by step motor type impulse register. May select 6+1 digits display (Product Configuration code is AK).
4. Standard configuration one port of pulse output passive (polarity), May select increase a distant port of pulse output passive (nonpolarity). And contact with all kind of AMR system conveniently.
5. Standard configuration only one LED instructions signal of energy impulse (red), may select add instructions power supply state (green) and automatic detection the direction of the flow of load current and instructions by LED (when display yellow, that is meaning the direction of the flow of load current reverse). Please specified when ordering.
6. Single direction single component measure single phase two wire active energy consumption. It is nothing with direction of the flow of load current. Complying with standard IEC 62053-21.
7. Standard configuration short terminals cover, may select extension terminals cover, in order to protect to use safety.

As professional manufacture in meters, our mainly products including: Full Digital IC Card Prepayment Electronic Meters, Smart Electronic Meters, IC Card Prepayment Water Meters, Gas Meters as well as Meter (network) Reading System. Equipment: We have 260 sets of production and testing equipments, including 7 production lines, more than 20 units of the calibration device such as wave soldering machine, reflow soldering machine, automatic placement machine, plug-in assembly lines, assembly lines, packing lines and etc, which have all meet the production requirement.
Material: Materials are in strict accordance with the requirements of the meters and the procurement of national standards, we have already established a qualified supplier evaluation system, and developed a series of test standard. All the materials have to pass strict test before entering into factory, and then be used in production. Measures have been taken to prevent damp and static electricity to ensure the normal performance of the raw materials.
Craft: To make a variety of electronic meters in accordance with the production process, we have developed process documents, to ensure the quality of the products.
Test: We have electronic meter laboratory and full range of test equipments, such as EMC Equipment (ESD, EFTB, SURGE, RF, Attenuation Oscillasion Impulse, DIP, Impulse Current, Pulsed Voltage and etc), Environmental Test Equipment (Alternating Temperature Humidity Test Chamber, Dust Test Devices, Waterproof Test Device, Shock Test Device, Vibration Test Device and etc), R&D Testing Equipment. We make a variety of electronic meters in accordance with the test and develop our test documents to ensure the quality of the products.
Environment: Our production base covers an area of 30 acres, and self-building workshop covers an area of 7000 square meters, production and storage area covers more than 5000 square meters.
Management: We have a high efficiency, innovative, serious management team, and the factory has already passed ISO9001-2008 QMS.
