It was founded in September 2007, which is the scientific payoffs transformation platform for Institute of Acoustics of Chinese Academy of Sciences and (Shanghai) East Sea Research Station. We mainly devote to the design development, production, sales and technical services of ocean acoustic instrument and equipment.
Chairman and General Manager is the doctoral supervisor of IACAS---Dr. Heng Haihong, who has won the Title of "National Outstanding Science and Technical Worker " and Leading Personnel Title of "Elite Leading Plan". The Ocean Acoustic Innovation Team, LED by Dr Feng, has won the Jiaxing Key Innovation Team Award.
We have passed the Software Enterprise Certificate and ISO 9001: 2008. We have undertaken many National Enterprise Innovation Fund Programs (medium or small size), Innovation Construction Programs in Academy of Sciences, Major Technical Projects in Zhejiang Province and Sciences and Technology Planning Projects in Jiaxing City. We have obtained 8 pieces of Patent for Invention and 7 pieces of patent for utility models. Our marine products are variety of LBL, SBL and USBL positioning systems, Acoustic Release Transponders, Acoustic Beacon, Intelligent Buoy and Imaging Sonar and etc.
