QAM Modulator is the main equipment CATV digital head-end, receiving DVB transport streams which come from coder, multiplexer, DVB gateway, scrambler, video server etc. It does signal processing like RS coding, convolution interleaving and QAM modulating, providing IF/RF output.
Modulator is a modulator with high performance-cost ratio, having a IP input interface of a Gigabit. The product has the function of multiplexing, and outputs multi-frequency signal (four-way mixed signal) and can be easily controlled with NMS (network management system).
IP QAM Modulator is mainly used in head end engine room or low-end markets and OEM customers, providing customers with easy operation, complete function, highly integration and most reasonable price.
QPSK digital TV modulator adopts advanced digital signal processing technology, of which receiving port can directly use digital satellite receiver for receiving, thus fully complying DVB-S standard. Not only can it gain relatively high frequency spectrum usage ratio, having very strong anti-interference and relatively high price performance ratio, but also it can well comply analogue FM microwave equipment.
QPSK digital TV modulator adopts various processing method, such as random energy spread processing, RS coding, convolution interweave, contracting convolution coding, and pre-modulating baseband shaping processing, etc. All these contribute a high guarantee to the data transmitting performance. In a word, its a high performance QPSK modulator fortransmitting digital TV and other digital signal.
DVB-T Modulator can receive 1 channel ASI and 2 channels QPSK signals separately or together and send to COFDM modulator after signal processing. The signals are upconverted to TV channels after IF processing so as to transmit in HFC and MMDS network. The signals can also be bypassed or modulated output by ASI interface. COFDM coding and modulation are under DVB technology criterion and DVB-T standard.
