Product Description
Three phase multi function electronic meter is a metering with advanced level, special design for industrial user. It is made of large scale integrated circuit, with Digital sampling processing technology and SMT craft. Besides independent modern, it also has infrared, double RS485 interface. The meter has advantages of high accuracy, good linearity, wide range and long life, it can widely used in factories where need to measuring three phase AC power.

1. Product's Type—Single Phase.
2. Electric Power Measurement—Positive/ reverse active power, positive/reverse apparent power, reactive power in 1,2,3,4 phase and active/reactive power in A, B, C phase which can be measured. It can set tagged words of active and reactive group to restructure the positive/reverse active power and reactive power in 4 phases, and then for active group, reactive group1 and reactive group 2. It can storage power data for 12 settlement period.
3. Multi Tariff—It can set for 2 time zones, 2 programs of daily time and switching time (yy/mm/dd/hh/mm) of these two. Set for public holidays, date of each and meter number of daily time; Set for weekly holiday which controlled by its tagged words, and also set for meter number of daily time for each weekly holiday.
4. Demand Measuring—It can measure max demand and the time when it occurred for positive/ reverse active power, positive/reverse apparent power, reactive power in 1,2,3,4 phase, reactive group 1 and 2.
5. Event Log—With function for logging events such as no voltage, under voltage, over voltage, loss of phase, full loss of pressure, no current, over current and etc.
6. Electricity Freezing—With multi freezing ways of instantaneous freezing, timing freezing, day freezing, appoint freezing, on hour freezing and etc.
7. Load Profile—Support for 6 load data, and the time interval can be set for any time which from 1 to 60 mins. The time interval for each load can be the same or not.
8. Measure Function—It can measure voltage, current, phase angle, apparent power, active power, reactive power, power factor and grid frequency of total and each A, B, C phase, also it can show the direction of power.
9. Reliable Design—Perfect power source and electromagnetism compatible design, which are suitable to the strong electromagnetism disturbance and big occasion of power source fluctuation.
10. Cover for Meter—Fully sealed dustproof and waterproof design, material of cover has excellent flame retardant and anti-corrosion, anti-aging properties.

Equipment: We have 260 sets of production and testing equipments, including 7 production lines, more than 20 units of the calibration device such as wave soldering machine, reflow soldering machine, automatic placement machine, plug-in assembly lines, assembly lines, packing lines and etc, which have all meet the production requirement.
Material: Materials are in strict accordance with the requirements of the meters and the procurement of national standards, we have already established a qualified supplier evaluation system, and developed a series of test standard. All the materials have to pass strict test before entering into factory, and then be used in production. Measures have been taken to prevent damp and static electricity to ensure the normal performance of the raw materials.
Craft: To make a variety of electronic meters in accordance with the production process, we have developed process documents, to ensure the quality of the products.
Test: We have electronic meter laboratory and full range of test equipments, such as EMC Equipment (ESD, EFTB, SURGE, RF, Attenuation Oscillasion Impulse, DIP, Impulse Current, Pulsed Voltage and etc), Environmental Test Equipment (Alternating Temperature Humidity Test Chamber, Dust Test Devices, Waterproof Test Device, Shock Test Device, Vibration Test Device and etc), R&D Testing Equipment. We make a variety of electronic meters in accordance with the test and develop our test documents to ensure the quality of the products.
Environment: Our production base covers an area of 30 acres, and self-building workshop covers an area of 7000 square meters, production and storage area covers more than 5000 square meters.
