The Power Oil Transformer is the implementation of the national standard GB1094 " IEC 10076 Transformers" and GB/T6451 "three-phase oil-immersed power transformers and technical requirements."
The Power Oil Transformer is fully sealed structure of corrugated tank, transformer oil and the surrounding air does not contact the outside world so transformer oil will not absorb moisture, which will not reduce the insulation strength; addition of oxygen can not enter the tank, thus avoiding the aging of insulating materials, improved the life of the product, but also increase social benefits.
Power Oil Transformer Features:
1.Energy: S11-based load loss than GB/T6451 average by 30%, the average load loss reduced by 25%, operating expenses decreased 20%.
2.Long service life: a fully enclosed structure transformer tank, fuel tank along with the boxes available Bolt or welded, transformer oil is not in contact with air to extend the service life.
3.High reliability: fuel tank sealing the components to improve and increase reliability, improve the technological level to ensure the reliability of sealing.
4.Small footprint: S11-M series transformer tank with corrugated panel radiator, when the oil temperature changes, thermal expansion and contraction corrugated board storage cabinet to replace the role of the appearance of corrugated plate tank with beautiful outside shape and take small area.
