Product Description
Model MY7650 Horizontal Spindle Double Disc Grinder is suitable for grinding the end faces of short cylindrical rollers. In can be equipped with rotary hopper for arranging the workpieces. Workpiece feeding method is different with work-diameter changing.
End faces of taper roller, barrel roller and small shortbush may also be ground with additional loading units to be furnished by customers.
Furthermore, similar parts of magnetic steel can be ground by using diamond grit wheels. Bearing races < Ø 50mm may also be worked after changing to required loading plate.
The machine is provided with hydraulic automatic work-thrusting mechanism for feeding Ø 5~ Ø 60mm short cylindrical roller. For small-size pieces, auto vibration-hopper can also be used. For other specification workpieces, the loading units can be furnished by customers themselves.
