1. Features

1). The machine is specially used for producing insulating glass.

2). The machine is mainly composed of loading section, washing-drying section, light inspection, position assembly section, roller press section and unloading section.

3). Standard disposition: 3 pairs of brush, one piece of water tank, one piece of water pump, one piece of brush power, 4 bunches of bead rubber-covered roll for washing machine, one pair of roller.

4). Automatic control for Low-e glass (6-brushes treatment for low-e glass).

5). Features:

A. Washing part is with 3 pairs(6 pieces) washing brushes. Three pair of brushes is well known for its fine quality and durable in use. They can wash Low-E glass.
B. Adopt waterproof bearing without oil lubricant.
C. The washing body adopts stainless steel and anti-rusting materials.
D. The PLC and other electric elements adopt OMRON brand, import from Japan.

6). It can process the common glass, coated glass, low-E glass, etc...
