Advantages:

Double-screw-sterm plastic series extruders have advantages, such as forced extruding, high quality, wide suitable rang, long working life, small cutting rate speed, not-easy decomposition of material, good plasticzed material and others. It is equipped with AC governor, auto control temperature, vacuum exhaust and other devices. This line is suitable for production of pipe, plate and special-shaped materials.

Application:

The series extruders with appropriate die-mould and auxiliary machine can directly convert thermoplastic especially PVC power into pipe, plate sheet, film and profile, and also provide function of modifying and pelleting. The extruders are drived by A. C motor with a thruster to stepless speed regulate. It is also eqipped with the over-load protection and stoppage alarming system. The screw's core and the outside of barrel is cooled by circulation of oil, it includes vacuum venting and forced feeding.
