HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line
We supply the double wall corrugated pipe extrusion lines with
the pipe of diameter from 110mm up to 1200mm
The Extrusion Line includes equipments as below,
1. SJ90× 36 Single Screw Extruder (for the outer wall extrusion)1 set
2. SJ75× 36 Single Screw Extruder (for the inner wall extrusion) 1 set
3. BW-500 high-speed water cooling corrugator 1 set
4. CWT-500 cooling water tank 1 set
5. C-500 automatic dustless cutting machine 1 set
6. Stacker 1set
7. Die head and mould blocks (110, 160, 200, 250, 315, 400, 500mm)7 sets
8. Electronic Control System 1 set

New structure of circulating water tubing system avoid the inertial impact happened in present machines with
old design.
The tubing system connected with the mold block adopts "slip-on connection" and "Plane sealing ring", it is
much easier to change different sizes. You are not required to remove any tubes, so it will save your much of time.
