Washing, filling, capping 3-in-1 Monobloc
The carbonated beverage filling equipment adopts bottle neck holding transmission technology to realize fully automatic rinsing, filling and capping. It is equipped with CO2 accuracy pressure control, so that the liquid level is always stable. The application of alarm devices for bottle jam, bottle shortage, bottle damage, cap shortage, over loading etc in several places ensure the quality of its production. 1. This carbonated filling monobloc is made of super stainless steel. It has compact structure, good appearance, scientific and reasonable design. It is available for the bottles from 500ml to 2000ml.
2. This machine adopts advanced bottle neck clamping system, which get rid of the requirement of bottle height. So there is only a few parts need to change while different bottles are used on the same machine, such as the guide plate and the poking wheel.
