Drum-type washing machine Description
Bottle get into ultrasonic cleaning trough by bottle-entering inclined hopper, after ultrasonic cleaning, bottle screw carries them to dial wheel and then into big rotor drum, held by manipulator, flipped 180°with bottles down, turning clock wisely with big wheel. Under big wheel, the 6sets of water jet nozzle with spray needles will insert spray needles into bottles, and then work according to set program: Second recirculated water, one compressed air, one fresh water & second purified compressed air spray washing. At the same time, water spray bottle outer, thus finishing the whole washing part. Then manipulators turn bottles with neck up, and get into next part by dial wheel.
