Product Description
Characteristics:
* The main structure is strong wide channel steel, the structure is steady, beautiful, stable, suitable for middle-speed working.
* The heating board is professionally produced, use high-strong container board, it comply with the safety standard of China press vessel. The material is 600mm steel heating board, inside structure is "S" shape airflow leading, improve the using rate of the steam. It is weld by many strong strengthening rib, which makes the board not change the shape. We will offer the certificate of Pressure Vessel and Qualified Certificate.
* The structure of heating part is compressed press roll and heating press board. The paperboard can be strongly pasted and flatly cold.
* Steam comes from steam pipe, the drain out part is "S" shape. Temperature of heating board is balanceable and symmetrical.
* The heating boards control temperature via different parts, can suitable for the adjust of the speed of the line. (Or you can choose the temperature-digital display. )
* Heavy-pressure roll of the heating part use unitary hydraulic up, up and down is stable, safe and reliable.
* Up belt has automatic and handle precision system one set each, the tensility is pneumatic and handle one set each. Down belt has tensility and left-right precision adjust system.
* The drive part use big-diameter netted & wearable rubber roll with middle-height, lower the skid of belt and avoid the precision of the belt. Improve the stable of the running of the line, make sure the paperboard is flatly output.
* Independently reducer box drive, low noise, use sealing oil dipping gear driving. Can choose electromagnetism speed adjust motor or frequency conversion motor for drive.
