1. Summary
Oil Burning Hot Blast Stove is a high efficient & energy saving machine by oil-burning which is self-developed by our company based on our many years of experience. Hot Blast Stove is mainly made up of Burning Material Supply Device, Wind Supply Device, Burning Device, Burning Chamber, Mixing Chamber as well as Heat Engineering Control System.
This product is simple in structure, small-sized, safe in operation, easy to maintain, with long life, wide scope of heat supply, with the temperature adjustable, widely used for heat supply of drying and roasting equipment in cement, chemical industry, metallurgy, etc.
2. Working principle
Working principle of Oil Burning Hot Blast Stove: Burning material is conveyed to burner by Supply Device in a safe way, it is fully burned with the air sent by Wind Supply Device in Burning Chamber, and the high-temperature air produced is mixed with cold air in Mixing Chamber, obtaining hot gas which meets process requirements.
