Printing and artwork process need to know
We manufacture rfid smart cards for custom branding and promotional purposes, OEM enquiry for design printing will be made at a reasonable cost and effective delivery. For options, you can buy white card from us and do your own personalized printing.
Artwork requirement
print resolution- images should be at least 300dpi, resolution of a scanned line image should be 1200dpi.
Size- artwork size must be at least 90*58mm including bleed area
Format- accept vector based files created by CorelDraw10(.cdr), Adobe Illustrator10(.ai), Macromedia Freehand(.eps) only.
-all related graphics such as Tiff or EPS files provided.
-if screen<5% the dots shall not be accurately printed.
-we may fine-tune artwork to ensure printing quality.
color- defined as a combination of 3 color red, green and blue to produce millions. We accept: CMYK/Pantone/RGB files will not be accepted.
fonts- all fonts used in production should be converted to curves(outlines) prior to submission. If your texts haven't been outlined, be sure to include all fonts used in design.
