Durable silicone coating adhesive ZR1576
ZR1576 alcohol type organic silicon adhesive sealing glue is a kind of absorbing moisture in the air at room temperature curing neutral silicone sealants, not heating curing. It has good adhesive sealing performance, protection in harsh conditions of electronic products.

Operation process:
1. Spraying process
ZR1576 diluted with thinner and thinner to join the quantity, the low viscosity glue, glue, the thickness of the thin; Conversely, with high viscosity, the thickness of the thick. Thinner addition is advice for 30 to 50%. Among them thinner suggest using toluene without water, you cannot use alcohols, ketone solvents.

2. Coating process of leaching
Put into leaching barrels, soaking and coating, circuit board or components into speed should not be too fast, lest produce bubbles. Normal temperature dry time table 10 minutes, don't recommend heating drying.

Note:
Pour out within the bottle after glue, should wipe up the bottle mouth place glue, tighten cap and seal the shade preservation. Use again, if sealing parts with a little skin, just remove it, does not affect the normal use.
