Description:
DZL-10 grain cleaning machine is mainly composed of feed hopper, bucket elevator, detaching sundries bin, cyclone shaker and vibrating screen.
Because its deducting cyclone separator, there can be less pollution in the plant and this makes it a good assistant for feed mill, medium and small grain reserve depot and grain collection spots.
The machine can change the screen cloth according to the grain granular size. It can be used to screen corn, soybean, wheat, rice, sunflower seed and so on.

The biggest feature of the machine is: it is dust-free and this can improve the cleaning and sieving environment. The machine is equipped with centrifugal fan, dust catcher, unload-er,and the total power is 3.7 kw. It is easy to be moved. The cleaning neatness can reach more than 90% and the cleaning amount can reach 10 tons per hour. The machine can be redesigned according to the requirements of the clients.
