Product Description

1. The use of machine
This machine is a new type of dustproof concrete spraying machine depending on patent design and research (Patent NO. 201320169060). This equipment is suitable for dry spray, spray, wet spray. It has the advantages of advanced technology, reasonable structure, dustproof, stable performance, convenient operation and maintenance, adjustable producing capacity 1-7 m³ /h, continuously feeding, greatly reducing the material recovery. It is widely used for concrete spraying projects in tunnel, culvert, the subway, hydropower, coal mine roadway and flammable and explosive factories.
The machine has three kinds of controlling functions,
(1)SPL-7/Q Type of Full-Automatic controlling
(2)SPL-7/DQ-23 Type of Electronic&Gas controlling
(3)SPL-7/DY-5.5 Type of Electric& Hydraulic controlling

Note: Type of Full-Automatic controlling specially used to be strict in ore factories for high thickness of mashgas and explosion-proof requirements.

2. Structure & Functions of Machine
(1)Working functions,
Putting the stirred materials into the hopper, then goes into the spiral mixing device through the vibration screen, and again enters into the pushing cavity of piston, lastly pushed into the material box. Under the material box, it is set up screw conveyor, puts the materials into tapper pipe. And the taper pipe is connected with the swirl pressure wind, it can blow the materials dispersedly can accelerated, and make it revolving and pelagian, and enters into the feeding tub, then arrives the shower nozzle and adds appropriate amount of water to supplement( the time of spray) or liquid accelerator(wet spray) is sprayed out.
This machine can adjust the amount of feeding according to the actual requirements, and can feed continuously. It greatly reduced the material recovery, and improved working efficiency, and also better for dustproof effect. It greatly reduced the incidence of pulmonary aspiration...
(2)Structure of Machine
Main structures include driving device, controlling system, pushing, mixing, stroing, feeding device, the closure of the road system, spraying system, sealing system, and so on.
