· Golden Lake Pearls is a jewelry company which mainly handle freshwater pearls and gemstone beads. We hate poor quality. So we set the rule that Golden Lake Pearls should always handle good quality beads only.
· We handle large range of semi-precious stone beads. Almost all the semi-precious stone factories in China are our suppliers. With such resource, we can bring to you the widest selection, best price and good quality. Your dollar would get what it deserves most in our company.
Shipping
· Via express, UPS, FedEx or DHL.
· By air or by sea if it is a large order.
Delivery Time
· Within 3-5 days after receiving the payment.

· If you fail to find what are looking for on our website, please let us know and we would try to make a custom order for you.
Return Policy
· You can return the order within 10 days after you receive it for refund. But you should tell us first before sending it back.
· All the returned order must be unused and in their original condition.
· Golden Lake Pearls are not responsible for all the freight and custom duties of the returned goods. All the bank charge or fee caused by the payment is not refundable.
· The custom order and closeout items are not returnable.

Guangzhou Golden Lake Jewelry Co., Ltd. is a family owned company which mainly focus on pearl breeding and processing. Our family began to breed freshwater pearls in Zhejiang province since 1985. In 1996, we found our own pearl processing factory in Zhuji, Zhejiang province. In 2001, we established our wholesale and export branch of freshwater pearls in Guangzhou, which is the most important wholesale center in China.
After more than 20 years development, we have great scale and cost advantage. Now we own about 3000 acres of pearl farms. Our pearl factory process around 40 tons of freshwater pearls each year. We also acumulate many great skills in processing pearls. Our pearls are more strong and lasting in luster. With such resource and expericence, we can bring to you the best price, best quality and widest selection.
In 2004, we expanded our business to semi-precious stones. The semi-precious stone business grew rapidly and we make almost all the semi-precious stone factories in China our suppliers. We purchase very large quantity of semi-precious stone beads each time from the factories so we can always get a closeout price. As a result, we have great advantage in cost, even over many factories.
