Product Description

Product Feature of EAF Electrode Arm:
1. The eaf electrode arm adopt the copper-steel composited sheet, its copper layer is used for electric conduction, the steel layer is for supporting the mechanical force.
2. The inside of the electrode arm contains a water mezzanine. Trough water cooling, it can withstand the flame of the burning furnace.
3. Electrode clamp is designed with butterfly- springs, driving hoop to hold fast to electrodes, pneumatic or hydraulic release in the form of clamping force, and the electrodes clamping is reliable.
4. Electrode clip is designed with chromium copper alloy or copper clad steel plate, the internal water-cooling can be used for a long service life.
EAF Electrode Arm is mainly for steel-making electric arc furnace, ladle refining furnace, ladle furnace used for iron alloy and etc, electrode diameter 300mm - 600mm, current 7.7KA-70KA, a total of nine kinds of specifications.

2, EAF Electrode arm is part of ferroalloy electric furnace or ladle refining furnace. When ordering electrode arm, the user should provide the other dimensions, such as (1) The distance between the center electrode and the furnace center line. (2) The type and size between electrode arm and electrode column connection. (3) The hydraulic medium pressure, or compressed air pressure and etc.
