Egg coloring instructions
1. Hard boil eggs. Let cool.
2. Add 1 color tablet and 1 tablespoon of white vinegar to 1/4 - 1/2 cup of warm water (just enough to cover egg). Less water = brighter eggs.
3. DIP eggs into dye. For pale colors, let sit 30 seconds - 1 minute. For brighter eggs, 5 - 10 minutes.
4. Use a wax crayon to draw designs or names on eggs before dipping into color dye.
All food grade materials: Sugar, starch and u. S. Certified colors FD &C blue no. 2, FD &C red no. 3, FD &C yellow no. 5 & 6.
