Our Easy Operation Liyang Manufacturer Poultry Feed Project also may be referred to chicken feed production line, livestock feed production line, the key-point machine-pellet mill has been very stable since 1920. It can be also used for poultry feed, pig feed and other high grade feed like sinking fish feed.

2. Material requirement
Our is based on the raw material of corn meal, flour, Wheat middling, Wheat bran, rice bran, soybean meal, cottonseed meal, fish meal, bone meal, meat meal and etc.
------ Moisture of raw material: 20% -25%
------ Raw material type: Powder
------ Fineness of material: 20-40 mesh
3. Processing: Material crushing----powder mixing----pellets pressing----pellet cooling----pellet crumber----pellet sifting----pellet packing.
1) Crusher----To crush the raw material into powder.
2) Mixer -------To make all kinds of powder mixed evenly.
3) Pellet Mill----To make many kinds of feed pellet.
4) Cooler------ To reduce the temperature of the pellet.
5) Crumbler-----To make the large pellets smaller for small chicken
6) Screener-----To classify the pellet and mash material which is not made to pellet successfully.
7) Packaging-- After cooling the feed pellet, we could package it.

---It Is depend on your choice. The feed pellet mill can working separately, also in a production line, from material crushing to final pellet packing. You can choose it freely.
2) What is the delivery time of the fish feed pellet machine?
----Usually the single machine can be sent within 30 days after getting the deposit If it is a large order or production line, the time maybe longer.
