1. Products overview
This experiment bench can use two kinds of control way: Panel relay control and external expand PLC control, it equips with common pneumatic components, is suitable for professional training teaching of mechanical and mechatronics, etc.
2. Performance and characteristic
Experiment bench adopts vertical design with desktop, electrical control is arranged at the right side.
Control panel is pneumatic controlling panel, equips with control way of PLC connection interface and relay, its electrical system is independent control mode, no interference with each other, adopts 24V safety voltage.
Pneumatic experiment bench equips the system displacement sensor control device;
Pneumatic experiment bench adopts industrial physical-body valve, can achieve the purpose as actual operation in the field.
In the condition of working if pressure of pneumatic system is not over 0.8Mpa, pneumatic components will not have the phenomenon of air leakage
Operation bench is made of T type aluminum alloy profile, equipped with component module specially designed, can be casually combine with various experimental loop.
