Egg yolk powder is used for making Mayonnaise, Ice Cream, Cakes, Bread, Biscuit, Pasta, Salad Sauces, Noodles, Baby Food, Medical Usage etc.
1 part egg yolk powder with1.25 parts water. 1kg egg yolk powder comes approx from 110 pieces of fresh egg(standard weight 60g).
Egg yolk powder is made from egg yolk liquid with the process of shelled eggs breaking, liquid filtering, homogenizing, pasteurizing and dry spray.
