Electircal Transmission Tower for Power Distribution
Transmission Tower is a kind of a tall structure, usually a steel lattice tower, used to support an overhead power line. They are used in high-voltage AC and DC systems, and come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. As a most common kind of transmission tower, Waist-type Tower used for voltage from 110kv-735kv. They fit for power lines that across uneven places such as the mountains due to they are easy to assemble
As a professional manufacturer of 132kv Double Circuit Galvanization Transmission Angle Tower, Boxiang Steel Structure engineers and fabricates different types of transmission tower. We are well equipped advanced manafaturing facilities with high production capability of 60000tons.
Fabrication Procedure
The transmission towers are manufactured in complete knocked-down condition following the procedures as per our quality assurance plan. The general of production procedure is briefly describled as Fabrication and Galvanizing.
Process of fabrication comprises of cutting, satmping, strengthening, punching, notching, bending and heel grinding.
Then the products are ready for galvanizing which is one of critical process in all production.
Details of Galvanizing:
1. Degreasing of tower parts with Sodium Hydroxide solution.
2. Pickling to clean up the surface with HCl solution
3. Rinsing twice with fresh water to remove the acid content.
4. Fluxing wth synth flux to prepare surface for galvanizing.
5. Drying on hot plate.
6. Dipping in zinc bath with 99.95% pure zinc at 450° C to 465° C temperature.
7. Quenching in water.
8. Dichromating.

All our galvanizing zinc thickness is strictly tested before delivery in view of its importance.
Afeter Fabrication and Galvanization, next step is trial assembly.
Terms:
1. Price Term: EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
The price includes pole shaft, base plate, crossarm and anchor part.
Shipping seaport: Qingdao Port. For FOB, CFR or CIF price, please specify which exact model you need, and tell us your order quantity so that we can calculate the local transport charges and sea freight.
2. MOQ: 1 SETS
3. Payment: Typically 30% by T/T as deposit, balance by T/T or L/C at sight before shipment. Other payment way can be negotiated.
4. Package: Plastic paper or according to clients requirement.
5. Delivery: For 30 sets, goods can be ready for shipment within 20 workdays after receiving deposit.
6. Parts Design Service Period: 20 years.
