Our IMD career Dept. Is equipped with a powerful team who is integrated a complete system including design, printing, and molding. The clearance of the workshop is about 100,000. We purchase all the most advanced equipements all over the world. The capacity is about 10,000,000 pieces per year.
Kunda Mould (International) Company is established in 1994, located in Buji, ShenZhen City. Kunda is mainly engages in producing high-precision and complicated mould, plastic products and IMD(In-Mold Decoration). The factory occupies 40, 000M2 area. We can make more than 900 sets of mold and die in a year and we also can produce more than 5000tons injection parts in a year.
Kunda has got the certificate of ISO9000: 2000, and we are supplying TS16949.
We have applied MRPII and ERP system into our managing system. Our product has been accepted by customers from advanced countries including England, America, Italy, Ireland and Japan in these years. Now 70% of our molds are exported to these countries.
