This rewinding machine is suitable for PE, PET,BOPP tape, masking tape, double-sided tape, release paper and many other adhesive and non-adhesive materials.
-Main Features: tape rewinder
1.Tape rewinder machine adopted three shafts to control material surface rewinding and it suits for various size of paper core.The rewinding tension can be adjusted by upper pressing roll.
2 Automatic length setting: the two-step length counter provides accurate rewinding length control.Once the set length reached and motoradopted then shafts will instantly and automatically change to ensure easy operation and efficient performance.
3. Programmable controller: the high performance programmable controller offers convenient control of the entire rewinding operation.
4. Paper core is fixed on the pneumatic shaft. easily, fast loading and unloading, it greatly improves efficiency.
5. Automatic smoothing device (optional): this wipe down device fully eliminates the problem of wrinkling and air bubbles in the product after rewindng. This device further ensures the smoothness of product.
6. Oil pressure material loading device (optional): this device offers easy material loading for operational convenience and improves efficiency. the most important is safety.
7. Pressing roller is controlled by the cylinder and the pressure is adjustable. The semi-finished products are properly pressed to ensure smooth, stable running during rewinding
