Product Application
YUNENG INSULATING OIL PURIFICATION machine adopts interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically. Water, gas, particles and other harmful things will contaminate dielectric strength and insulating performance of transformer oil. Series ZJB insulating oil purification machine combines with unique and advanced vacuum dewatering, degassing components and three grades filtering system for rapidly and effectively separating water, gas, particles from oil. ZJB insulating oil purification machine also can purify switch oil, mutual inductor oil, cable oil, circuit breaker oil, capacitor oil, insulating oil and so on. This transformer oil filter machine is the most effective, durable, and user-friendly Hi-Vacuum system on the market today.
Part 2 Use
ZJB is widely used to regenerate and purify the deteriorated transformer oil, circuit breaker oil, capacitor oil, low viscosity lubricating oil, in power generation plants, transformer stations, electric transmission and supplying company, factories, mines, railway transportation, etc. It can be used as special equipment for electric power transformer maintenance. Not only can it remove water, gas, and other impurities from the oil, but also it can remove oxide materials and remove free carbon in the deteriorated oil to lower the PH value, improve its breakdown voltage and quality. Also serving as the vacuum oiling equipment and drying equipment, this filter can live line work on the spot.
Part 3 Feature:

Q: How can we achieve drying without elevated heating of the insulation material for transformers?
A: Drying of insulation materials can be achieved at low temperature and low pressure levels. The pressure levels and temperature levels for drying vary for distinct material. At low pressure or under vacuum the rate of water vapour evaporation is accelerated if sufficient heat is provided to the insulation material. Thus we can achieve a good drying of insulating material if the material is suitably heated and subjected to vacuum.
