Electrolytic degreasing line
1. Description
Electrolytic degreasing is also called electro-chemical oil removal.
When the steel strip passes the cleaning tank filled with alkaline solution. If connected by DC, the strip will act as anode or cathode, the electrode and strip surface will seprate out large amount of gas, which will greatly emulsify, ploarize and physically peel for the oil film. Production practice proves that the electro-chemical oil removal speed is several times quicker than the chemical deoiling. And the greasy dirt is cheaner eliminated.

Manual charging-Pay-off reel -Entry shear -Welder -1#Bridle roll -Alkaili spraying -Alkaili brushing -Electrolytic degreasing -Water rinsing -Side blowing and hot wind blowing -2#Bridle roll -Exit shear -Exit shear -Exit deflecting roll -Tension - Coil unloading car
