Type FU-3101S electron tube is metal ceramics structural, with carbonization thorium-tungsten cathode, medium amplification factor power triple tube and its anode is water cooling, its core column is force air cooling. Its anode dissipation power is 20kW, and its maximum operating frequency is 90MHz, and its maximum grid dissipation is 250W. It is mainly used for industrial heating, and it is the best choice of industrial application. It is interchangeable in use with type 3CW20000H3 electron tube produced by American Eimac.
