It is built on the base of Guangxi Pingnan Sugar Company and Jinfa Papermaking Company, which were purchased by Kingsany in October in 2003. The total investment is 250 million RMB. It is an environment-protecting pulp making and papermaking program with an annual output of 50 thousand tones of pulp and paper.
