Economic sludge dewatering solution
with the Belt Filter Press HTE3 series
An essential advantages of the HAIBAR HTE3 series belt filter press compared to other dewatering processes is that its an integrated system with a Gravity Belt Thickener (HBT) on the top of the press as an dynamic thickening zone to increase the Dry Solids Content and facilitate the dewatering step even in case of a low DS-concentration at the inlet.
A Belt Filter Press is a Biosolids/sludge dewatering device that applies mechanical pressure to a chemically conditioned slurry, which is sandwiched between two (2) tensioned belts, by passing those belts through a serpentine of decreasing diameter rolls. The machine can actually be divided into three (3) zones: gravity zone, where free draining water is drained by gravity through a porous belt; wedge zone, where the solids are prepared for pressure application; and pressure zone, where medium, then high pressure is applied to the conditioned solids.

Stainless steel SUS 304; TIG reinforcing weld forming; First-class welding level make sure the frame under the same stress(very important), which you knew ensure the working stability and life of machine.

More squeezing rollers will good for improving solid content's rate;

We adopt mechanical valve belt tracking system which make sure belt running in right direction, also limited switch equipped to ensure the stability of whole system.
Compared with sensor tracking system which you knew easily broken when encounter with water, mechanical valve is good for much more severe environments and run steadily.
