Description:
Applications: Tempered glass for automobile windshields, side windows, and rear window. Broad sintering temperature range, good adhesion, and remarkable acid and alkaline resistance.
Solid content: 78±3% paste particle size: <5μm
Viscosity: 400±100 dpas at 25±3 ºC (RION viscometer VT-04E)
Silk Screen Printing: 180-250 mesh count/ inch Drying: 150ºC/ 5 min.
Sintering/Firing:
650-730 ºC/ 8-3 min ( tempered) ;
580-620 ºC/ 8-3 min ( laminated) ;
