Product Description
The Basic Purpose
Be used to peel the label automatically, after peeling one label, the machine will peel the second label automatically, it can improve the efficiency of peeling the label by workers, it can peel multiple- row of labels.
Optional install the ribbon coding machine, it can achieve to print batch NO. and the production date at the same time.
Optional install ink-jet printer on the assembly line, it can print some information at the front and rear when labeling on the product, such as the production date, batch NO. and bar code labeling.
Optional Features
Reader: Read 2D codes, bar codes and other information, establish products' database for products' traceability.
All-purpose Electric Eyes: General electric eyes cannot detect transparent labels, Leuze Electric Eye imported from Germany should be chose to be supportive.
Ink-jet printer: Can be equipped with the mainstream ink-jet printer in the market, print at specified location on the label, which can be combined with labeling machines perfectly.
Coder: Use thermal coder to print production date, expiration date, batch number and other information.

Working Process
Core working principle :When the sensor detects the label, drawing motor will be stopped; After taking the label, the machine can not detect the label, drawing motor will not be stopped until the next label was peeled by the desired location, so the cycle to repeat.
Peel the label by workers->the next label will be peeled by the desired location(achieve automatically).
