ZRE601 One copy of epoxy adhesive is one kind of temperature curing type of liquid epoxy materials, without high temperature curing. It for the vast majority of material all have good adhesive ability, can be used for glass, metal, plastic bonded materials.
ZRE605 One copy of epoxy adhesive has the following characteristics:
In 90 ºC under the conditions of the 30 minutes fast curing
This product is liquid, don't need to mix, easy to use
Have stable mechanical and electrical properties between -45° C-150° C
Operation process:
Put out of the glue from ice box, waiting the glue temperature to room temperature, in this step must be sealed, to avoid impact moisture absorption performance.
After the glue temperature to room temperature, will load point glue machine, began to glue.
According to the requirements for curing (oven temperature shall not be lower than the minimum 90 ºC).
Matters need attention:
After long placed stiffening agent easy to produce precipitation, before use, please fully mixed.
The temperature has gone back to glue should use up as soon as possible, and back to the temperature will affect the glue/frozen performance.
Packing:
30ml/PC, 5kg/drum, as customer requirements
Storage and transportation:
Below 5ºC ice box sealing preservation(Can be used as the non-dangerous goods transport and storage)
Shelf life 6 months(≤ 5ºC).
