Product Introduction
BLJ-634A epoxy alkali resistant emulsion is an epoxy acrylic alkali resistant emulsion specially designed to solve saltpetering and salt exuding which affect decorative effects of exterior and interior wall latex paints.
The product is prepared by polymerization using imported high quality emulsifier and introduction of special functional epoxy monomers and adoption of advanced synthesis technology. The product has fine particle size, moderate viscosity, excellent Ca2 stability, dilution stability, freeze-thaw stability and mechanical stability.
Features and Applications
Resistant to alkali, salting-out and frosting.
With the introduction of epoxy group, obtain good adhesion to substrates and top coat.
Water resistance to, water impermeable, steam permeable to make wall have "breathablity" to prevent blistering and bulge of top coat due to steam pressure.
Fine particle, strong seepage force to substrate and good sealability.
It is widely used for alkali resistant primers of exterior and interior wall and also can be used to prepare sealing transparent primers.
Package and Storage
The products are kept in 50 kg plastic drums or 200kg iron-plastic drums.
The products are stored in ventilated and dry storehouse and avoid direct sunshine. The temperature for transportation and storage of the product is above 5º C. The shelf life of the product is 6 months.
