Features:
1. The machine adopts color touch screen and PLC from Omron of Japanese for controlling the mould opening, mould closing, material feeding, steaming, temperature keeping, vacuum cooling, de-moulding and ejecting.
2. The mould is made of high-quality profile stainless (4mm) steel integrally.
3. The whole frame is made of the steel by particular shot blasting techniques.
4. Owning distinct design technique so that the machine has well functions for strengthen Penetration, shaping, reducing steam consumption, and ensures block good adhesion performance.
5. The mould inner shape has no angles so the products is of rectangle, then can save 1 kg raw material per 20kg/ m3 plates while comparing with others.
6. Cooling by Vacuum and blower, using two ways, beautiful and neat exterior.
