1. With the use of PLC Controller (Programmable Logic Controller) and Touch Screen, the looping process of opening and closing of the moulds, feeding, heating, heat preservation, cooling, demoulding and releasing the final product from the machine will be accomplished automatically;
2. The machine is welded from high-quality steel, through heat treatment, strong and durable, ensuring high strength of the machine and bearing the expansion force of the high-density block;
3, The machine adopts advanced EPS heat penetration technique and pipeline system with unique design construction, which improving productivity and making this machine to lead in domestic and worldwide EPS industry;
4. The machine applies hydraulic pressure transmission, hydraulic ingot stripping, which makes machine running steadily and locking tightly;
5. High production efficiency. The production cycle of each plate is 4-8min. Automatic pneumatic charging shorten the production time;
6, The height of the mould can be adjusted, 800mm-1220mm
