Introduction
The maximum number of particles (0.5μ M) per cubic feet of air must be less than 1000 for a cleanroom to be rated class 1000 (Federal Standard 209D). People are the major contaminant source of most particles introduced into a controlled environment. In order to prevent personnel from releasing contaminant, workers must wear cleanroom garments before entering the cleanroom.

BAS is made of non-linting filament yarns and is in compliance with international standard for cleanroom fabric. Durable, lightweight and breathable, they offer superior user comfort A 5mm conductive stripe woven into the fabric minimizes static charge generation, protecting the product being manufactured.

The polyester filament is not easily broken and will not pill by friction or washing. The low surface resistance of our products assures fast static dissipation, inhibit fabric tribocharging and prevent dust attraction onto the garments.

BAS 2/1 twill weave designminimizes the holes across the fabric and enhances the filtration efficiency. In addition, the conductive yarn maintains integrity and ensures performance over the service life of the garment.
