The product is a large-power horizontal steam boiler, furnace and electrical control cabinet is separated, avoiding electrical components' aging then effect service life, running quiet and meet environmental protection requirements, there is no NOx emission to the atmosphere. Operating with PLC control system, free operating button, free light, touch screen panel, Chinese and English display, human-computer dialogue, action authorized, real-time information, and auto turn-page.
1. PLC control system, automatically adjust the temperature, has six safety protections like over temperature, over load, short circuit, leakage of electricity, shortage of water and shortage of phase. Select excellent electric elements, easy and safe to install and use. Simple human-machine interface, boiler parameters, equipment running status and operation parameters are all displayed on the screen. Fuzzy control technology: Minimize the metabolic load infection of heating network at the same time, maximum decrease the consumption of electricity and the heat efficiency is up to 99%.
2. By use of Nichrome Heating Element, high temperature resistance of electric wire is more than 1000° C, service life is 5-10 times than traditional one, the application of magnesium rod anode technology, it ensures that the heating element difficult to form scale, any other product is incomparable.
