European style white color aluminium pvc sliding window with grills
2082 is one of our own-design product, which is designed by embaying the high air-leakage, water-leakage, intensity and applied characteristic. The whole window structure is strict, but easy to fabricate & install (No need the special expensive processing equipment so that non-professor can fabricate & install), that widely used in family & public.
Appearance: the whole structure adopts the arc-line type design with full third-dimension.
Inferior frame profiles adopt the hollow-step design with biggish fall, that drain freely and avoid the refluence water, own the excellent drain performance.
Window sash design a hollow & intensify profile, that improve the wind-resistant load a lot. Own the excellent intensity. Meanwhile, the intensify profile also can as the opening handle for the sash, it's convenient and practical.
Window screen adopt the exterior design, easy to insert, collocating with the plastic striker to avoid falling off. move and slide freely, and have the more safety than the commonly ones.
Airproof use the plastic gasket, collocate the striker with weather trip. The weather trip and stiffener not only can enhance the airproof and waterproof performance, but also improve the stability for whole system.
Accessories: lock use the automatic lock, crescent lock, handle lock, block adopt the broad block design, that insure the stability while running.
The window sill design the outside drain, buckle sheet and arc bar, that enhance the harmony and uniform for the windows and buildings.
Material dosage: material dosage is low. For example, the 1500x 1800(1200+600) lighting window, from the Material Analysis List, we know that the Aluminium dosage is 5.437kg/m2 ( without window screen), 5.783kg/m2 (with window screen).
