EVA Small Foaming Molding Machine is widely used for foaming and molding for various of EVA materials and foaming rubber. The present machine is a newly designed model based on traditional technology and sales well in domestic and aboard. It is pillar support electricity heating, steam heating and oil heating, has digital display temperature gauge. Operation and maintenance is easy, also with the function of auto add pressure, time open mould and alarming etc.

EVA Small Foaming Molding Machine Adopted specific steel pipe to make heating plate, increase thermal conductive area, rapidly heating and foaming, the efficiency is 20% higher than the same kinds of products.

EVA Small Foaming Molding Machine uses thermal keeping design and a thermal isolation cover is formed around the machine set, thus 20% of steam can be saved.
3. Time Saving:
EVA Small Foaming Molding Machine be equipped with PF150 prefilled valve, can rapidly drops in the shortest time. It saves much more time and can produce more pair in one day.
4. Control system:
EVA Small Foaming Molding Machine Adopt PC and PLC control system that imported from abroad famous brands, works through a graphic display interface to show all monitoring information and setting conditions.
5. Hydraulic system (Oil pressure system):
EVA Small Foaming Molding Machine By adopting proportional controlling valve, also with the support of computer control system, can accurately keep control of the flow of oil pressure, are used to keep down noise but increase efficiency.
