The Dualys 3 generation comes with an advanced dual-sided printing engine for outstanding graphics and image definition. All your badges are issued in a 300 dpi resolution which is the professional printing resolution
A fast printing process
Dualys 3 provides efficiency and productivity with fast printing speeds, either in color or monochrome:
Color dual-sided (YMCKO-K): 125 cards/hour
Monochrome dual-sided: 350 cards/ hour
Monochrome single-sided: Up to 1000 cards/ hour
16MB Memory for a flawless recovery process
The printer is loaded with a 16MB memory for optimized operations. This enables RAM storage of both sides of a card and a self recovery process in case of disruption: Data integrity is preserved and any job in progress will automatically resume.
USER FRIENDLY: No training required
Both the printer and the software have been designed with user needs in mind. Forget training, this is a 'plug-and-print' solution!
Clamshell opening
Dualys 3 benefits from the market-proven concept of a clamshell opening that speeds and eases any printing and maintenance task such as ribbon installation, cleaning, and card thickness adjustment. Users operate the service by themselves on a daily basis, which minimizes downtime.
Manual feeder for card-by-card printing...
Dualys 3 offers a manual feeding option to personalize cards indivdually. This feeder, powered by an engine, can be instantly installed and turns Dualys 3 into an over-the-counter display for instant issuing badges. Ideal for ticketing, membership cards, student ID's and much more.
And detachable card feeder
The detachable card feeder makes it possible to stock several feeders with different card background themes and/ or thickness, or to enforce printing continuity by simply replacing an empty feeder by a full one. Card feeder & Output hopper capacity: 100 cards as standard.
Configuration in a few clicks
The driver setup wizard leads you through simple step by step instructions, while basic configuration is easily performed. The printer driver comes with a 'print manager' for enhanced interactivity through on-screen instant notifications that complement the 4-LED information panel.
