BBRJ-I frozen meat slicer can slice frozen meat of -18 celsius to thin pieces by slow rotation of cutting blades. It reduces the cut off of meat fibers and minimizes waste. Thickness of meat pieces is adjustable. It is an important equipment for Chinese meatball processing.
