Exterior Rustic Entry Wood Doors is of an engineered construction, with a laminated, finger-jointed hardwood core and hardwood veneer to increase stability. Prefinishing, prehung, customizing are all possible from forest bright design service.

Jambs and Casings:
Based on the "ready door concept", we innovated a "ready to install" frame system with adjustable and pre-drilled door jambs and casings. The concept is to make the jambs are reversible for any door open direction and suit most of wall opening size.
We also innovated metal parts to make the door jamb installation easier and faster. In this way, the frames and architraves becomes standard products and could be stored in stock for final end userswhich will benefit the whole door supply chain.

Packing and Shipping Details:
Doors wrapped with PE film and pilled on pallet with 25 pieces per pallet for 40mm door.
All sides of pallet will be protected by 3mm plywood with protecting carton at pallet corners.
Pallet fastened by plastic packing strips.

40GP: 700 -- 770 doors
40HQ: 840 -- 910 doors
